Certified in health coaching, personal training, nutrition, and in mediation. Through my Executive Mind-Body Mastery program, I combine physical training, mindset rewiring, emotional regulation, and nervous system alignment to help leaders perform at a high level without sacrificing their health and/or relationships.
Prior to becoming a coach in 2013, I spent eleven years in the corporate world as a sales & account manager. It provided me a great stable career while raising my daughter as a single mother.
Then I fell into my passion by accident, you could say the perfect storm, while building my personal training career. I felt fulfilled helping others become healthy and my journey moved forward. I decided to become a life coach. Took the step to get certified in health and nutrition, then a mastery program in life coaching.
What motivates me most is when my clients share how comfortable they are opening up to me without feeling the judgement.
